Receive & Send Messages
The way in which you communicate with potential accommodation providers is by using the messaging service once you’re logged in. Once a provider has accepted your bid they will contact you by sending you a message. We will email you to let you know when this happens. To view the message, click on ‘Active Bids()’ , this will display a list of your current active bids. Click on the ‘X Providers’ link under the heading ‘Accepted By’ for the relevant bid. This will show all messages sent between yourself and all providers who have accepted your bid. To respond to a message simply click the button ‘Reply to xxxx’, type your message in the box provided and send. An email will be sent to the provider to let them know you have sent them a message.
