Terms Of Use for Accommodation Owners

By registering as an accommodation owner with “Accommodation-Match” you accept the following terms:

Description of service.

Accommodation-Match.com is a subscription based application for all registered accommodation owners. Accommodation-Match.com is an accommodation search-based tool used by both travellers and accommodation owners. Accommodation-Match reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue service with or without notice at any time and without any liability to you.

Personal Use.

By using Accommodation-Match.com you agree to be bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on registering as an accommodation owner. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following terms please do not access and/or use Accommodation-Match.com.
The service is made available to you for commercial use.
You may use Accommodation-Match.com for lawful purposes only.
You understand and agree that once you receive a traveller’s contact details from Accommodation-Match.com, Accommodation-Match is not liable for any communications or actions between yourself and the traveller.
You may only use email addresses that we provide you with for contact between yourself and the email recipient. Under no circumstances must you sell or distribute email addresses, provided to you by Accommodation-Match, to any third party.
You agree to:

a)    Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself when prompted on the Registration From;
b)    Maintain the security of your password and identification;
c)    Maintain and promptly update the Registration data;
d)    Accept all risks of unauthorized access to information and Registration data.


Alterations.

Accommodation-Match may change these terms at any time by posting changes online or emailing you directly. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by Accommodation-Match. Your continued use of Accommodation-Match.com after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.

Termination.

Accommodation-Match reserves the right to delete any account, at any time, for any reason.
You can terminate your Accommodation-Match Account at any time as described here.
If your account is cancelled by yourself or by Accommodation-Match for any reason, no subscription charges will be refunded.

Privacy.

In addition to the terms of use, you agree and understand the terms of the Accommodation-Match Privacy Policy for accommodation owners.

Privacy Policy for Accommodation Owners

The privacy policy describes how we treat personal information when you use Accommodation-Match’s services.

Personal information

You need an Accommodation-Match account to enable you to use the services provided on the Accommodation-Match website. Accommodation-Match asks for some personal information when you create an account, including your email address and a password, which is used to protect your account from unauthorized access.

You have the option to save your login details for quick access to your account. This information will be saved in a ‘cookie’, which will reside on your computer.

Uses

Accommodation-Match maintains and processes personal information in order to provide you with the relevant customers. The information you provide will not be accessible or given to anybody apart from Accommodation-Match. The contact details you provide are stored in a database and used to enable us to provide an efficient and professional service to you. By obtaining your information Accommodation-Match can provide you with only the contact details of those travellers relevant to you.

Your choices

You can terminate your Accommodation-Match Account at any time as described here.

You can create or delete your searches at any time. Once you delete a search, it will remain in our database for statistical purposes but will not be accessible or given to anybody else.

You can delete your cookie with your login details stored by following the instructions for deleting cookies in your browser.

Information Sharing

You understand that Accommodation-Match will not make accessible or give out your information to anybody else. 

You will be provided with the contact details of those travellers you wish to contact.  The travellers’ contact details you are provided with from Accommodation-Match cannot be redistributed or sold to any third-party.  You can only use travellers’ contact details for the sole purpose of offering accommodation to the traveller. We take personal information very seriously and we reserve the right to cancel your account in the event of any traveller’s personal information being misused.
